On 26th June 2023, Hydroleap, the next-generation green wastewater technology company, announced the appointment of the water industry veteran, Allan Toh as its first Chief Operations Officer. With over 29 years in the field having served global water companies from Europe, Japan and America, he is uniquely positioned to propel the Singaporean company Hydroleap towards its global expansion ambitions alongside supporting its commitment to establishing Singapore as a worldwide water hub.
In this newly created leadership role, Allan will be tasked to set up a strategic growth roadmap by identifying new business opportunities and driving operational excellence. A seasoned people leader, Allan is an expert at powering high-performance teams while helping them unlock their true potential.

The Singaporean brings with him a wealth of water technology experience and connections, having worked at NX Filtration where he led sales across APAC, Diehl Metering as the Head of Operations across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and Hyflux as its Vice President.
“Allan’s extensive track record in implementing novel water technologies and working with the water value chain will be critical in fuelling the Hydroleap engine. He brings tremendous value to the company at this important juncture as we look towards our next growth frontier,” he further adds.
