Earth Control Measures (ECM)
Automated electrocatalytic and membrane treatment process with data monitoring*
Hydroleap’s HL-ECM is a high-performance system that is designed to deliver automated, reliable and cost-effective treatment of run-off water from construction operations. It can be configured to treat a wide range of feed water conditions, providing superior and consistent effluent quality suitable for discharge or reuse. Our systems produce between 120m3 to 1440m3 treated effluent per day, with TSS removal efficiency exceeding 99% – fully compliant to domestic discharge limits.
Multinational civil engineering and construction companies have deployed our systems since our commercialization in 2020.
Save up to 85% of manhours on ECM operations
Upwards of 30% savings in Total Cost of Ownership
100% Automated operation and maintenance

Separation and removal - using only electricity
Variability of feedwater quality and increasingly complex wastewater compositions, have rendered many conventional methods uneconomical and ineffective. Electrical treatment is highly effective for wastewater from Construction, Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemicals, Food Manufacturing & Processing, Food & Beverage, Tanneries & Textiles, Semiconductors, Landfill Leachate, and more.
Hydroleap’s electrical treatment has been tested and deployed by domestic and international companies, who entrust us to tackle various wastewater parameters e.g. High Hardness, High Oil and Grease, Turbid Wastewater, High COD, High TSS, and more.
Automated and Robust
High tolerance to deviation in water quality (such as pH, conductivity, and contaminant’s concentration) without degradation of performance due to smart energy management. Includes key process monitoring and alarms.
Environmentally friendly
Chemical-free operation and minimal sludge generation (up to 3x less)
Cost-effective
Consumables are electricity and common electrodes such as Fe or Al (> 10 years without replacement)
Scalable
Compact and modular design allows for deployment in new-build and/or retrofitting projects
Notable companies have deployed Hydroleap's innovative electrical treatment to manage difficult-to-treat parameters like high hardness, oil and grease, turbidity, COD, TSS, and more.

Membranes - Smarter, Optimised.
Membranes are central to wastewater treatment. However, it is often an energy-intensive approach and susceptible to fouling.
Hydroleap’s hybrid system combines electrical treatment and state-of-the-art membrane process, which can drastically enhance membrane efficiency and longevity.
